Serbuk Karı Ayam & Daging (Chicken & Meat Curry Powder)

  • Heat cooking oil in pan.
  • Saute onion, cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise until fragrant and yellowish.
  • Add in the Adabi Chicken Curry and Meat Powder mixture with onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 3-4 minutes using low heat until the oil separates.
  • Pour in balance of water with Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra mixture and chicken. Leave it for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until thickens.
  • Lower the heat. Concentrated Adabi Coconut Milk and Adabi Fine Salt. Leave on for 10-15 minutes until thickened and chicken are fully cooked.
  • Ready for serving.
