Serbuk Rendang Ayam & Daging (Chicken & Meat Rendang Powder)

Cooking Method
  • Prepare 300ml or 1 cup of coconut milk and mix it with 1 cup of water.
  • Add Adabi Rendang Powder with other blended ingredients in a bowl and mix with 1 cup of water. Make it into a paste.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté the mix paste, chilli paste and lemongrass until fragrant and turns slightly brown in colour. Continuously stir the paste to prevent it from becoming burnt.
  • Pour the coconut milk, desiccated coconut, sugar, your choice of meat and Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra. Bring it to boil and add in sliced turmeric leaf and kaffir lime leaf.
  • Add salt to taste. Lower the heat and keep stirring until the gravy thickens.
  • Ready for serving.
