Rempah Briyani (Briyani Powder)

Cooking Method
  • Heat up cooking oil and pour ghee into the rice cooker. Put in the blended ingredients and sauté approximately 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Then add in Adabi Rempah Biryani Powder and stir the mixture until fragrant.
  • Add in evaporated milk, pandan leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and water. Stir until it starts to boil.
  • Add in basmati rice, red chillies green chilies, salt, Adabi MSG and sugar. Stir evenly and leave the rice to cook.
  • Add fried cashew nuts to garnish and a dash of egg yolk yellow colouring.
  • Mix it all up and ready for serving.
