Perencah Sup Daging & Tulang (Beef & Ribs Soup Paste)

Cooking Method
  • Boil 1kg of meat or ribs with water until it becomes tender. Put aside for later.
  • Add in 14 cups of water into a cooking pot and bring it to boil. Add Adabi Beef & Ribs Soup Paste.
  • Add in the meat together with onions, carrots and coriander. Then continue boil for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat.
  • Garnish with coriander and fried shallots.
