  1. Heat the pan and add water.
  2. Add PMLCP and crushed lemongrass into a pot.
  3. Add in chicken/meat.
  4. Bring it to boil and cover the pot.
  5. Cook on a medium heat until the chicken/ meat softens.
  6. Add in coconut mil and turmeric leaf that has been thinly sliced.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Ready to be served.
