Sup Ikan (Fish Soup Spices)

Cooking Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil. Sauteé the loose spices included inside Adabi Fish Soup Spices packet and blended ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add in water, potatoes and Adabi Fish Soup Spices. Let it cook until the potatoes become tender.
  3. Add fish, lemongrass, celery and tomato. Let it simmer for 8 – 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste. Garnish with coriander and fried onions.
  5. Ready for serving.
