Serbuk Bihun Sup (Rice Vermicelli Soup Powder)
- Soak 200g mee hoon in cold water and toss.
- In a bowl, mix Adabi Mee Hoon Soup Powder with 5 tablespoons of water.
- Sauté in a pot on low heat until fragrant.
- Add in 150g of diced chicken or meat. Cook until the meat becomes tender.
- Add 4 cups of water and bring to boil.
- Add 150g of chopped vegetables. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with bihun and garnish with fried shallots, spring onions and chilli.
- Ready for serving.
