Serbuk Bihun Sup (Rice Vermicelli Soup Powder)
Cooking Method
Soak 200g mee hoon in cold water and toss.
In a bowl, mix Adabi Mee Hoon Soup Powder with 5 tablespoons of water.
Sauté in a pot on low heat until fragrant.
Add in 150g of diced chicken or meat. Cook until the meat becomes tender.
Add 4 cups of water and bring to boil.
Add 150g of chopped vegetables. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with bihun and garnish with fried shallots, spring onions and chilli.
Ready for serving.
