Sup Bunjut (Soup Spices)

Cooking Method
  • Heat the cooking oil. Saute the garlic, onions and ginger until fragrant and turns brown in color.
  • Add in water, chicken or beef, potatoes and Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices.
  • Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and the potatoes become tender.
  • Add salt to taste. Garnish with coriander leaf and fried shallots.
  • Ready for serving.
