Tepung Cucur Ikan Bilis (Anchovies Fritter Flour)

Cooking Method
  • Heat the oil on medium heat.
  • Add a pack of Adabi Anchovies Fritter Flour (200g) in a bowl and mix with 3/4 cup (150ml) of water.
  • When the oil is hot enough, drop in the batter with a spoon or by using your fingers to the shape of your preference.
  • Fry until golden brown, scoop it out and toss the fritter. Best served while hot.
