Perencah Mee Bandung (Mee Bandung Paste)

Cooking Method
  • Heat 2 cups of water with 1 packet (100g) Adabi Prawn Mee Paste and 50g of prawn. Mix well and bring it to boil.
  • Reduce to low heat and add in 2 eggs into the gravy.
  • Add in half a pack (225g) of yellow noodles and 50g of mustard greens. Mix for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with preferred toppings such as coriander leaves, spring onions and fried shallots. Best served while hot.
